Daily aerobic exercise is recommended to help with pain, fatigue and general health.When choosing to work with a trainer, try to find some one who has experience with arthritis patients.Check into their educational background in this area and ask for references of other clients they treat who have arthritis. Consider checking with the Arthritis Foundation to see if they have a list of trainers that may have completed one of their programs.
