Try breathing with your abdomen and not your chest. Perform this simple exercise several times per day. Breath in for five seconds, hold for 2 or 3 seconds, then exhale fully. Imagine an image that may help you relax. When I peform this exercise, I imagine a street lined with trees.

This exercise is very helpful. I breath in longer each week and hhold longer as well. Dealing with lung issues and RA, I am
finding this exercise to be of strengthening value as well
relaxing. Thank you for such a simple way for improvement.
