Hearing voices and seeing bugs

I'm 19. I am diagnosed bi-polar and I have started to hear voices and see bugs that are not there. I have no idea what to do. I'm afraid to tell my mom. I need help. These voices are telling me to do the worst stuff. I refuse to listen but I have no idea. Any advice? Any experience?

I hope you can tell your mom. Is she a good mom? If she knows you have bipolar, could you trust her enough to get you to the doctor?

I wish I had had someone who knew what was going on with me, but it didn't happen that way. I think it's much better to go to the doctor/hospital for an appointment, rather than in an emergency situation as I had to go.

I hope you've gotten help.

All the best.
