    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,

I dont have access or anything to a doctor so im just really curious if imjust weird or something is really going on and i just really want to know. Ever since i was little i could recollect occasions where i'd hear voices, but it just sounds like casual conversation without me in it. As i grew older this would dim, ive always been really paranoid about things like, as i grew up i thought two guys were after me everywhere i went and were trying to kill me, but then this would fade as well. and i would just manifest other scenarios like my mom is so mad she's going to kill me even though i know that would never happen and just like weird stories like that, ive always just kept my odd thoughts to myself while growing up and never got curious about it until now, i just want someone who knows for sure to tell me whats going on with me

Doctors are available on sliding scales at the major clinics and hospitals. Social workers at hospitals can help--You could call to find out if they could help you get medical/psychiatric attention, and what if would cost you, if anything.

I can relate to your stories; my issues happened after someone very dear to me died. First the voices were wonderful, and then they became awful, as were the scenarios that were going on in my "reality".
