    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,
    WebMD Message Boards Management

Hello, I have noticed that other discussion boards have something like a moderator or a physician because when I enter the discussion board I see their profile on the right side of my screen, but I don't see one for this board. Am I wrong or does this board not have one?

    Hi Anon,

    Welcome to the WebMD Community!

You are correct with your post. Not every community has a moderator and/or an expert, as there are a number of newly member-created communities on the site made up every week. WebMD trusts that the members of the community will abide by the terms and conditions (http://www.webmd.com/policies/about-terms-and-conditions-of-use ) that are agreed to when signing up and hope that any violations against these terms will be reported by the community members with the "Report This" button below each post.

If you ever have questions or concerns with the WebMD community, we hope that you will contact our Community Staff at CommunityManagement@webmd.net .

Thanks for becoming a part of the WebMD community and take care!
    Amelia
