For example just before you're going to go to sleep, like when you're in bed, close your eyes and try moving your eyes around in all sorts of directions. Move them in circles, squeeze them like your concentrating, let go and do again. What can help is the random movements. I have been doing this for about a week in half an hour sessions and it has helped me.
When you sleep, try sleeping on your stomach and lowering your head a few times in the day.
