    Taking Regular Walks

    Exercise has helped a lot with this condition but it does not have to be rigorous regular exercise if you are not in the proper shape. Even daily walks outside, on a treadmill or even in your house as long as you are moving and get your blood pumping for at least half an hour should be to anyone's advantage.
