It's been suggested that we leave a space between the start of a post and the triggering part.

Write something innocuous in the first line. then leave some spaces between in and the subject matter. this should take care of accidentally triggering someone.

[TRIGGER] I wanted to let you know I am over the crisis from cutting two weeks ago. I am doing better for now but need to watch what I read. That way I can avoid the triggers.

I usually don't post that often because I am busy with my job and possibly might have another job on the line.
