It's been suggested that we leave a space between the start of a post and the triggering part.

Write something innocuous in the first line. then leave some spaces between in and the subject matter. this should take care of accidentally triggering someone.

contact webmd tech support. maybe they can help you solve the problem.

Thanks for your post. I did contact webmd technical support, but never heard anything back. I did finally get my story posted tonight, twice mind you, so something must be working right. I find that talking to someone who understands the ups and downs of self-harm or any mental health issue is helpful. At least you know you're not alone and can support one another. I thought I had enough struggles dealing with depression, panic disorder and anxiety for so long and now another new diagnosis. I'm still here and will keep on fighting. I hope you are having a good weekend!
