It's been suggested that we leave a space between the start of a post and the triggering part.

Write something innocuous in the first line. then leave some spaces between in and the subject matter. this should take care of accidentally triggering someone.

[TRIGGER] yesterday I went with a group of my friends to a trip up north to see another group of friends graduate.

My friend forgot that I didn't see very good and accidentally burned part of my wrist. It turned into blister and bursted late last night.

In a way it felt good but I didn't tell her I felt good hurting myself. I was dealing with some tough stuff and a relief of that kind of pain did it.

Not sure if I should tell T about this. She may not be thrilled about it but it was an accident. I was reaching over to turn off the coffee machine that was in the way.

Lately I have been having urges of SHing and I am trying very hard not to. I don't want to go back to hospital for that very reason. Ugh Here I am almost stable then wham I get another smack in the face for more issues. Just lovely.

I have my tools here at home now. I live in a different apt that is safer. its being alone again is making me more antsy and nervous

I don't know.

Beej,
It sounds as if you are doing quite well. You had an accident and your mind brought you back to sh'ing. I look at SH'ing like an addiction, it's always there to bring us back if we let it. I would tell your T about it just so she/he can be aware that your mind is trying to draw you back to sh. It doesn't mean you need to be hospitalized, It's just something you both need to be aware of.
Hugs if okay.

you're doing good and you are going to make it. i know you will. you've got the drive and you have the willpower. this is just a minor setback and you see it for what it is. like kate said. it doesn't mean you will end up in the hospital cuz you can fight it. hugs
