It's been suggested that we leave a space between the start of a post and the triggering part.

Write something innocuous in the first line. then leave some spaces between in and the subject matter. this should take care of accidentally triggering someone.

I sit here at work trying so hard to work on this months salesman commissions. I have to pay attention to what I am doing. But I can't...My heart is racing and I am breathing fast..my stomich is tied in a knot...I want to run...I want to cry...

Thank you. Went through two days of depression. The side effect if you will of having a flash back.

Am Better now though.

I'm sorry I wasn't able to repsond to you earlier been having some of the same problems. hang in there. I hope whatever you were having the flashbacks over is better.
Mine is blasting over the news here. it sucks!
