It's been suggested that we leave a space between the start of a post and the triggering part.

Write something innocuous in the first line. then leave some spaces between in and the subject matter. this should take care of accidentally triggering someone.

just for today..........A challenge for all of us

I think Everyone should ask these questions because its apparent to me that we all s/b doing this. we sh because something is missing. because its an addiction and its comfort. but if we ask these questions and today just for today do it..........eat one food that is good for us, get up from whereever we are and walk around and try to get a little exercise............think one good thought and be grateful.
just for today thats what i'm gonna do just for today.

I challenge everyone here to try to make their lives better just for today .....................

This is a great idea, Fran! Really great.

When things are particularly hard for me, doing this can really help pull me forward.

And since I currently need the reminder too...

Just for today I will exercise in the morning (done).

Just for today I will remind myself to breathe.

Just for today I will eat healthier than I've done most of the week.

I keep asking what I need then filling that need. (usually food or beverage, but sometimes rest)

Just for today, I'm going to clean my house (productive & a little bit of exercise)

I don't think I have any food in the house that is "healthy", but I can eat my veggies with my hamburger.

I'm going to ice my knees 4 x today.

I'm going to rest because i'm still really sick. yesterday was better and i was human today is really bad!

How do I feel? sick, sad, exhausted, angry,already wanting next week to go away. Trigger smallish;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;

want to hurt myself but going to do my best not to
I also feel stiffled and frustrated.

What do I need? some rest, some coloring to calm me down, listen to music that makes me feel better, hanging out
and being quiet, eat well, take care of my pain and do my neck exercises (if i get enough energy I will do other exercises)
