It's been suggested that we leave a space between the start of a post and the triggering part.

Write something innocuous in the first line. then leave some spaces between in and the subject matter. this should take care of accidentally triggering someone.

all I did was surf the net and watch tv to distract myself from thinking about it.

The thought is still lingering but I am fighting it hard. I think I got triggered by seeing something that set it off. Not sure what and can't remember what caused it. I would love the release of pain. I do not want to be hospitalized again because I got too much going on.

Beej,

Glad you made it through yet another night.

Hugs.
If I could have one day and have that day be very windy and choose what I wished to be... I'd be a Kite and fly free...
