    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,
    WebMD Message Boards Management

It's been suggested that we leave a space between the start of a post and the triggering part.

Write something innocuous in the first line. then leave some spaces between in and the subject matter. this should take care of accidentally triggering someone.

    Hi All,

I am generally not one who engages in self-care... but this weekend I am trying it so that I can wean from having crisis come and check on me...

I bought some Little Debbie Swiss Rolls... to heck with healthy eating this weekend! I have 7 mystery novels to read, movies I have taped to watch, and a store is going out of business and I used their store credit card and bought myself 2 outfit ensambles, a pair of shoes and a pair of slippers... And I am not even going to care when the bill comes in... They will get what I can pay, when I can pay. So There!!!!!!! (Sticking my tongue out)

Tomorrow I was invited to a women's brunch and a women's poetry reading. I said okay I would go... but we shall see...

How about you all? What will you be doing for self care this weekend?

    Gra"

Bonnie, this is a GREAT idea and I'm sorry others missed it. I hope you'll keep at this idea and maybe restart it for the coming weekend.

How did your weekend of fun self-care go?

    Thank you Caprice.

The weekend went well. I did not go out but had a great time watching silly horror flicks, eating my Little Debbies, and reading.

    I'll try to restart this...
