It's been suggested that we leave a space between the start of a post and the triggering part.

Write something innocuous in the first line. then leave some spaces between in and the subject matter. this should take care of accidentally triggering someone.

Try to make sure you are breathing nice and slow. Take it easy maybe laying down and wrapping up in a blanket. Whatever you do, I hope this does not last long.

I really dislike panic attacks... Find somewhere you feel safe, breathe nice and slow, Focus on a happy place. Do something soothing just for you.

I hope this passes quickly Kate_Te.
