It's been suggested that we leave a space between the start of a post and the triggering part.

Write something innocuous in the first line. then leave some spaces between in and the subject matter. this should take care of accidentally triggering someone.

Not sure where to start but the cutting ideations are coming back and all i feel like doing is doing it and get it over with release the pressure. I can't afford to go back to hospital right now because this is the last week of work for me and I am done til January. I can live with more scars but it will be interesting to hide the scars this time.

All i know I need help and my recent T isn't really helping but kept say u 're going to the hospital which I don't need.

Seems no one really understands why I do it. only friends on the boards do. which is sad.

guess thats all I wanted to say. I am struggling.

Remember that thoughts do not have to be turned in to actions.

Does writing here help? Can you find other ways to ease the pressure that doesn't involve self harm, if even a little bit?

I understand the urge to sh and the "pressure." I also understand how difficult fighting this urge is but I know you can do it. You are strong. You are couragious. You are an incredible woman.

Have you done the rubber band snapping on the wrist thing? How about substituting "pinching" yourself black and blue instead of cutting? (my T suggested this to me)

I'm sorry you are struggling and hope that tonight you can find a way to keep yourself safe.

I understand your feelings. I'm not sure where I got this from, may have been here on the board: Try taking a red majic marker & drawing on your arm (or wherever you are planning on cutting). Pushing down on the marker may relief some of the stress.
