It's been suggested that we leave a space between the start of a post and the triggering part.

Write something innocuous in the first line. then leave some spaces between in and the subject matter. this should take care of accidentally triggering someone.

sum of her fathers birth realatives are trying to mess with her memories. Telling lies about stuff. i am not a big fan of this FB stuff. Certainly you don't get to come back into our lives after all these years and bring more chaos and lies.

and to all the "faimly" I certailnly will NOT allow you to mess with her mind. You guys tossed her dad out like trash you don't get to come back into our lives. I will carve us up before I will allow you to harm us.

(warning - we are unscrambled at the moment - exhaustion and too much stuff combined with an adverse medication reaction has us crabby as bear lately. just ignore us. We are fine and I am still in control. - Ste)
