    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,
    WebMD Message Boards Management

It's been suggested that we leave a space between the start of a post and the triggering part.

Write something innocuous in the first line. then leave some spaces between in and the subject matter. this should take care of accidentally triggering someone.

    Dem,

I am so sorry that you are hurting. Please do not keep your feelings in, let them out. Find a healthy way to do so, like crying if it helps.

I am sending prayers your way and Dem, I'm really glad you are still with us.

Lots of Love and Harmony to you.

    Dem -

Have you tried punching a pillow or your sofa? It really helps me relieve anger. The other suggestion I have for you is the mindfulness videos on the dbtselfhelp website. They have really helped me lately.

definitely let the anger out. hitting soft stuff like was suggested, or throw ice cubes into the tub. that makes lots of noise and helps in getting out the anger. you can name the ice cubes with what is making you mad, then throw it and release the anger with the satisfying crash the ice cube makes in the tub.

I think we should all take up Darts, Paintball and Archery and label the targets with our emotions, thoughts, etc, then hit them hard. Hey, this sounds like fun. Boy, I sure wish you all lived closer... The things we could do...

    Dem,

I am going to ask you to be just you. Not anyone else, for anyone else. I am also going to ask you to read your quote:
