    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,
    WebMD Message Boards Management

It's been suggested that we leave a space between the start of a post and the triggering part.

Write something innocuous in the first line. then leave some spaces between in and the subject matter. this should take care of accidentally triggering someone.

How and Why to Report a Post

I am a member of the Self harm community. Now, maybe allowing the other communities to self moderate may be a good idea, I don't know; but not having either Caprice or Chrissy stopping in at least once per week on a board where they understand our issues is preposterous.
This is a board for people who harm themselves as a coping technique to handle the stress in their lives. We have a level of comfort with Caprice & Chrissy that is needed in order to properly moderate this board. We have unique needs and these ladies know our back stories. Please respond with something other than that canned response Georgia placed on our board. Thank you. Kate
