It's been suggested that we leave a space between the start of a post and the triggering part.

Write something innocuous in the first line. then leave some spaces between in and the subject matter. this should take care of accidentally triggering someone.

dreamt that there was a group of young women and this gal had orange rinds and i stuck my elbow accidentally in one and she made a huge upheaval about it. So i leaned over and bite her lower lip till it was hugely swollen. I heard the elders talking that she had killed herself and i laughed. Kan you imagine!!

I feel really bad about this dream and can't even imagine how i possibly could dream such a horrid thing! ARGHHHHHH!

Ok that's it. What the hell are ya suppose to do when your dreams haunt you!!!!

Hugs.... I hear you on this and know how it traumatizes us more.

I do not know how to stop the haunting... With my Complex PTSD, my dreams always haunt me. Last night I woke myself and Mandy up by screaming from my nightmares.

If you figure out how to stop them, please share...

Start your day as soon as possible. The more you can distract yourself with your daily things the faster you can send this dream back to the recesses of your sub-conscience.

Big Hugs.
