It's been suggested that we leave a space between the start of a post and the triggering part.

Write something innocuous in the first line. then leave some spaces between in and the subject matter. this should take care of accidentally triggering someone.

all you have to do is 15 mins. at a time....
and then that will become an hour and then that will become a few hours and before you know it its become a whole day and then another and another.

use your coping tools..... dd said she'd went back to a very old one listening to the beatles.... can you do that? do something very old that used to get you by?
