It's been suggested that we leave a space between the start of a post and the triggering part.

Write something innocuous in the first line. then leave some spaces between in and the subject matter. this should take care of accidentally triggering someone.

Gratitude:

It has been a difficult, hot, humid summer and yet this year, thus far, I have not had to go into the hospital due to my lungs!
(God bless air conditioning and air purification systems.)

Weaning myself off from the Zoloft and feeling great. (From 200 mg/day to only 50 mg/day.) Goal to be off from Zoloft by Labor Day...

For having goals which in turn gives to me purpose and being able to set small goals now. (Remember when I could not see a future, minute to minute?)

Biggest Gratitude: GOD and you all. Thank you so much for your support!
