I honestly have never heard of that but I guess DR knows best. Try no to worry about it too much, though. Just go with the flow and hope for the best!

(take the freaking test! lol) and I really won't know until the level2 u/s and possibly other tests if I would need a follow up, but I'm just worrrying now.
