I haven't gotten much of anything done, we recently (well 3 months ago) moved and we still aren't all the way unpacked. We haven't gotten very much for LO yet. We have a crib (not put together), new mattress, crib sheet and some blankets (still undecided about getting the whole crib set), a dresser, and a bassinet, and a few clothes.
I am excited and nervous at the same time. Sept seems so far away but the last few months have flown by.
We have:
Travel System
Cradle-sized crib (for first 3-4 months) with sheets/mattress
Baby bath tub
Towels
Blankets
Onesies (long and short sleeves)
some sleep gowns (lol he's a boy- kinda hard to say "gown")
Socks
Hats
Bibs
Outfits for up to 6-9months
I'm undecided about a PNP- thinking I may save the purchase until next Spring.
We are not getting a changing table either.
I need:
Breast pump
Bottles and accesories
Diaper bag- thinking about just using my coach tote, it's getting old anyway
All basic necessities like lotions/creams/baby wash that kind of stuff
Full sized crib and mattress/sheets- also undecided on crib set
Bouncer
Boppy
Having a baby shower, in July, so I'm not buying too much more until after...
AND we need to paint his room, set everything up still!

Depending on when he comes, I have 9-12 weeks left so I'm starting to slightly freak out, lol

We do have a crib, changing table, recliner, a few outfits, onesies, boppy cover, towels, all our cloth diapers, travel system, high chair, and exersaucer.
I'm so afraid time will just crawl by...
Not a stitch of clothing! Waiting till after the baby shower to get any clothes.
Already complete:
Nursery painted (Ocean blue w/ seaweed...I finished this morning! YAY!)
Crib built
New dresser bought (comes in July 3rd)
Closet cleaned out - quite a task
Cloth diaper stash mostly complete
Stroller bought
Already had 2 showers (work and family/church), so we received tons of what we need (pnp, carseat, tub, cute clothes, monitor)
Using sister's changing table and bouncer
Left to do!
Sew bumper, bedskirt, and curtains (material has been bought)
Find/buy glider
Arrange furniture
Maybe paint a few cute ocean animals once furniture is arranged - depends on motivation

Buy cloth diapering accessories
Buy diaper bag
Hang closet system
One more small shower to go in July!
Wash everything
Sorry this was so long, but it was kind of fun to type everything out!
Pack n Play
Travel System
Crib bedding
Clothes up to 18 mos.
socks
onesies
a few diapers and wipes
diaper bag
some pacifiers
baby swing
blankets
and we're having our shower next Saturday.
From ds1, we have the bigger items such as crib- dresser- change table, vibrating chair, bouncer, tummy time mat, bumbo seat, toys books and stuffies galore new bottles, new pacis, high chair booster seat blankets, receiving and lovies onesies u name it, we have it! This is why it feels like the house is going to explode from the inside out!
DS1 is only going to be 2, so all of these things are in great condition and he is such a big boy he doesnt need or use even these things like his booster seat to sit at the table for dinner!
The boys will eventually be sharing a room so room is already painted and pretty much organized with supplies (cream oil powder diapers wipes etc)
The main thing we need to get now is a bassinet for our room. maybe a few new face cloths and towels...
