No Physical Attraction

Would you have sex and a relationship with someone you are not physically attracted to? My SIL is now dating a man who, after she told him she didn't want a relationship at the time (about a year or so ago) told her her breasts sagged and she was too big "down there." She has admitted in the past that she wasn't physically attracted to him.

IIRC, you had another post related to your SIL and her boyfriend. But based on this one, it really sounds like your SIL has some emotional/self-esteem issues that she needs to address before you or anyone else in her family can help.

Oh, DH and I already know she has issues and we aren't even trying to help her in that area. I'm not saying we don't care but she's gone back and forth about whether she wants to be in a relationship so often, it's getting old. One day she'll say she's done with men and a month later will say she's met someone and when that "relationship" goes south will say she's done with men, starting the cycle again.

She's been in counseling for other issues but I don't know if this was brought up or not. Not my place to ask.

If you're not trying to help with her "issues" and it's not your place to ask about her counseling, I don't know why you keep posting about her. I don't know why you keep posting the specific insults he said about her, either.

I know I sure would be humiliated to know a family member was putting disparaging stuff about me online, criticising my relationship, basically saying they didn't want to help, and numerous posts about what some jerk said about my vagina.

The important question isn't whether or not we would, or if you would. The important thing is whether or not your sister in law, which she obviously would.
