Can't feel pleasure

I have a problem where most of the time I am unable to feel sexual pleasure. It's not a matter of libido, since I can get aroused, but I simply can't feel any pleasure from any sexual contact up to and including orgasm. I have not had any sort of physical or emotional trauma that might have caused this, but I do have scoliosis and some problems with chronic pain. I also have taken about 8 different antidepressants during my life at different times, and the issue first began when I started taking them. I am not taking any antidepressants currently.

There are some times when the sensation and pleasure comes back, sometimes for a week, sometimes for a few months, but I cannot predict when this will happen and the recovery is never permanent.
I have spoken with psychiatrists about the issue, and have been suggested vitamin B12, cyproheptadine, Cialis, Buspirone and Welbutrin. None have had any positive effect, though they were taken concurrently with the SSRIs, so I don't know if they may have negated the intended effect. Personally, I have tried taking ginkgo, dopa bean, yohimbine, inositol and various other herbal supplements as an attempt to counteract this. Again, no positive or replicable effect.

I greatly appreciate any insight anyone might have into the situation.
