Rough sex left bruising, what now?

About 12 hours ago, I participated in some particularly rough sex. I bruise very easily. My breasts and inner thigh are very bruised from being bitten hard. The bruising is all very tender to the touch and warmer than the rest of my skin. These bruises are very large and nasty looking, what can I do to aid/help the healing process?

Ice helps. Eating fruits & veggies helps too. Um...there are some creams you can buy at the store to help bruises heal faster, but I can't remember what they are called.

I heard using witch hazel helps or vanilla extract or warm salt water or vinegar. Just applying one of those with a cotton ball.I don't know how accurate any of that is because have never tried any of them, but if you're into home remedies I guess they are worth a shot.

I get bruises all the time (sometimes for the same reason

). But I just let them heal on there own. I usually don't worry much about them. Plus I already eat a lot of fruits & veggies & I usually put ice on them which does help.
