Pain after orgasm

PainAfterO posted:
I have experienced pain after orgasm on and off throughout the past 10 years or so. I am 25. These pains are nauseating and feel like what I would imagine contractions to feel like although I have never given birth. Along with the pain I've had sometimes the chills. All this usually lasts around 20 minutes. Sometimes longer, sometimes shorter amounts of time when the pain is not as intense. I have has unexplained infectious colitis twice in the year, seemingly un-related. I don't get the pain each and every time I orgasm but it is the worst when the O is self-induced. These pains have made me PASS OUT and I have never gotten any real kind of answer when I ask doctors about the problem. Upon googling this issue it's plain to see that I'm not the only one with this problem and I am astonished at the lack of attention this issue gets. If anyone out there has an answer for me as to what this could be and/or knows of any testing I should have please, please respond. It would be extremely appreciated.
