IMO, if you've been engaged for 11 years with no wedding date and she gets upset if you bring it up, chances are you aren't going to be getting married.

Couple that with no sex since March 2009 (it's bad when you know the exact date you last had sex) and chances are this relationship isn't going to last much longer.
