Why does my husband's semen always come out of my vagina after he ejaculates?
    georgiagail responded:
When you are lying flat, your vagina is tilting a bit downward. Semen is a liquid and thus it is going to run out.

Because what goes up must come down ...
    tlkittycat1968 responded:
If you're worried about not being able to get pregnant, don't worry. What comes out is the semen while the actual sperm are well on their way to your fallopian tubes.
    kamilacbronx replied to tlkittycat1968's response:
    Thank you.
