    Food intake. The foods you consume can be very important in the development of your breasts. You must be able to add into your daily diet foods which are rich in phosphorus, calcium, protein, and iron.

    What a load of nonsense. Breast tissue is made up mainly of fat stores, not muscle. Gaining weight will often increase breast size. Losing weight will often decrease breast size. Yoga and meditation does nothing.
