Wondering if kegel balls / ben wa balls are safe for my wife to use? Are the stringed ones best / Is it possible or common for the non-attached kind to get stuck up there? Would using these reduce the chance of us getting pregnant? Would they help with stress incontinence?
Yes, they're prefectly safe. Strings are not really necessary because they're easy enough to "push" out. These will not, in any way, reduce the chances of her getting pregnant. They might help with stress incontinence.
Having said all that, they are not really necessary. You can do kegels quite efficiently without anything other than your own body.
There's nothing inherently dirty about sex, but if you try real hard and use your imagination you can overcome that.
