Could he have developed a rash due to KY Heating Jelly??
An_251390 posted:
My boyfriend and I recently started having sex. The few times we've had intercourse over a period of the last two weeks (a few times each of the last (2) weekends) have always been protected. However after this last weekend, the next day he noticed a rash on his pubic area (an acne looking bump, which he scratched and then later on two to three more). We had used KY warming Liquid previously (different ingredients) but this hadn't happened. This last time was a thicker "KY Warming Jelly" version, which actually was a little irritating to me down there. Has anyone ever had a similar experience. We still have both gone to get tested for herpes just in case (him a culture sample and me a PCR blood test as I have no symptoms). Also, don't know if this matters but we both shave and he is pretty fair skinned. Thank you.

The heating KY can cause irritation and some people are allergeric, espcially if they have sensitive skin. Try the Astroglide natural, it is made without the irritants.

The bump may well have been caused by an ingrowing hair due to shaving.
There's nothing inherently dirty about sex, but if you try real hard and use your imagination you can overcome that.
