Wife Says I'm a Cheater Because I get Erection Easily without Her
An_251481 posted:
I'm married and my wife believes that if I can get an erection when she is not around then I'm fantasizing about another woman or I am a cheater. When we watch tv or movies she checks me to see if I get an erection. If I do she gets mad at me. She says she is the only one that I should be causing my erections. Is she correct? Do I have a problem? I always thought it was good to be able to have erection easily and she likes that about me, but now has her doubts and blames it on my history with watching porn. When we were dating she said I was obsessed and so I got rid of all my porn and stopped.

Take the Poll

Am I a cheater if I get an erection easily by seeing or hearing sexual scenes?
  • Absolutely, most married men don't have your problem
  • Yes because only your wife should cause it
  • No, your wife needs to educate herself
  • Absolutely not, I wish I had that problem

So if you wake up in the morning with an erection, she asks who you were dreaming about? Not just a piss hard on.
Erections are a sign of good sexual health.

Wait until you don't have erections so easily, then you will really hear the complaints.

Your wife is an idiot.

Tell her if you were cheating all the time it's likely the opposite would be true; you'd be too tired to get an erection with anyone, including her.

JimbStars replied to georgiagail's response:

LOL.. you got that right.

Mr an,

The solution is simple. You ALWAYS SAY: "But Honey, I was thinking about YOU!"

Can't miss...

I sure wish I had your problem!!! I am guessing here, but you must still be young? Getting an erection while watching tv, or porn, or your wife, is not something she should get mad about. She should be happy that you can, and so easily!

Men, even during the night, while asleep, get erections, also. Does she get mad at that? I hope not, cause that means your healthy!

Its natural for men to get erections on and off, during the day, it just means your junk is healthy, NOTHING MORE!!!

Tell her to relax, and enjoy!!!

Lifesamess replied to stevesmw's response:
Yes she has asked what I was dreaming about before and I've told her I couldn't remember or said she was in it. She told me I disgusted her because I'm the type of man that can be attracted to other women while married. She says I should be able to control my thoughts to keep it from happening when she is around. Its not like I'm going into a room to sneak behind her back to look at porn. We're watching TV or listening to music together.

Mid-30s. Is that still young? When I searched the internet for the same issue, all the posts were for teenagers and men in their 20s
Pullout_baby42 responded:
That is utter blasphemy! This hits close to home because I was in a short lived relationship that abruptly ended due to an unwanted throbbing and pulsating flesh hammer at my then girlfriend's daughter's dance recital. I wasn't turned on at all I just got nervous and it happened. When I went up to congratulate her on a job well done she ran away shrieking bloody murder because of the unsightly protrusion in the groin area of my slacks which may or may not have brushed against her. Main bullet point is that I feel for you my friend but I have found a way to stifle these erectile woes. Step one: shave the hair on your selected thigh. Optional, but will save you immense pain in the long run. Step two: cut a hole in the pant pocket of each pair of pants you own on the selected side. Sep three: now this is where a little sleight of hand comes in to play especially when in public. I've found that shouting "Look everyone! A dragon!" and pointing away from yourself typically buys enough time to accomplish the task. What you will need is a child's belt tied around your thigh, loosely, for safety's sake. While uncomfortable I have found that a quick shoving down of my member into the loop and a subsequent tug on my Looney Toons belt is all that is needed to control my frequent inappropriate erections. A word of advice from the wise however, be sure to order the belt online as having an "episode" in the children's accessories section can be humiliating. Don't suffer in silence my brother. I hope My advice will forever change your life and your future holds a bounty of shameless stiffies!
dfromspencer replied to Lifesamess's response:
Mid thirties is young to me, i'm 54.

I hear you on the internet! I've found the very same thing.

I still don't think your wife should read so much into your erections! They are normal, and healthy, she should be thankful you don't have E.D. like me!!! I started having problems in my mid twenties. Most men, will not start having these problems until they are in their 40's. Mine was nervew damage related, tho.

Good luck to you!!!

P.S. Skip reading Pullout_Baby's response, its just nuts!!!
