Penis pumps any good?

I'm thinking of buying a penis pump to help me get a better hard-on. Do they workk like they claim to do. Any problems with them

If you have no problem in getting an erection, then you have no need for using a pump. They can cause more damage to your organ than they can do good.

I use a pump because I am completely impotent 18 months after radical prostatectomy. The pump gets me up to a full size erection, and stiff enough for penetration; however, it also makes my penis numb and it is difficult to get an orgasm. If you still have your prostate, I think ejaculation would be uncomfortable with the constriction ring on because the cum would not be able to get out, but would go backwards into the bladder (called a retrograde ejaculation). I did see one pump online that has a constriction ring with a little notch at the bottom so it does not constrict the urethra. I wouldn't recommend the pump if you can still get a real hardon. Possibly you could try viagra to help get a better one. I used viagra for about a year and a half before my surgery and thought it was great. I only needed half a pill (on an empty stomach) and I would be stiff as a rod for as long as I wanted, and great orgasms.

YES...a cheaper alternative is my vaccuum cleaner
