nude exercise

Been thinking about this for a while. Other than sex that is--like yoga maybe. I used to be pretty good at it but never did nude exercise. I think I might like to start out with something on and take off pieces of clothes as the class progressed. Ending maybe with laying on my back totally naked for a while. Then go to a co-ed class doing the same.

The flashing idea got me started thinkin about a lot!!

Well, that's ah - one way to get other people in the class to improve their heart-rate.

I guess as a male if I were exercising with great gusto I could stay focused on what I'm doing and not get a boner; but I've had an erection before just doing sit-ups by myself, with no female visuals helping!

I love swimming in the nude, just have to make sure the kid that mows the lawn doesn't come at that time. I also run on the tread mill in the morning nude, nothing but tennis shoes, hubby loves it and it cuts down on laundry.

I think in this instance you should recall the Seinfeld episode pertaining to nakedness. There is 'good naked' and 'bad naked.'. A woman thrusting her chest upwards is very appealing. The second you become strained or awkward in your pose, it becomes significantly less exciting. Given the grossly oversized population in our country, I already find myself shuddering.

I enjoy most of my days in complete nudity. I live alone, and in an upstairs apartment, so no worries. Exercising in the buff is wonderfull!!! Everyone should do it! Prudes need NOT apply!!! LOL!
