hard painless bump on bottom left side of left testicle

It's probably nothing, but you don't want to ignore it. It might be a spermatocele, which is basically an outcropping of one of your testicles. They are usually harmless, unless they start causing you pain. Check out WebMD's pages on male sexual health, starting at this link:

And I have no idea why this is in the kids section; spermatoceles are more common with older men.
