My sex drive is none existant it seems, and ED problem within a week?
    alex4tw posted:
So over the past week or week and a half i have had little to no desire for sex. My GF is gorgeous and i have always loved her and wanted to have sex with her. We have been together 5 months now. When we have had sex in the past its about a 1 to maybe 2 times a week thing. A lot of things could be doing this to me but I have no clue what it would be because i have been healthy for the most part of my life and now this within a week and a half... its unreal. I started losing a hard on a week and a half ago about 8 min into sex and that delayed things. Then a week ago or so it got to where i was only at about 80% and just a few days ago i couldn't even get hard thinking about sex and touching, and normally the thought alone gets me rock hard. I masturbated the other day and it was barely hard enough to get the job done and ever since it has not been aroused. It is like my brain is not sending the signals it should to my penis to fill it with blood. There are only a few things i can think of that would kill my sex drive and make it so i cant get erections if i do they are almost worthless. I have been drinking a lot over the past 4 months and have been eating foods that are not too good for me and have been slacking a lot on the gym when normally i would go every other day for insane workouts. It could be an infection or virus? my T levels seem to be as they always were. I just dont know what this could be from.... any help please? anyone find and fix a problem like this?

Hey! It is definitely the drinking! The alcohol has affected your workouts. Your brain produces a natural high...serotonin. The alcohol alone can minimize the production of this. Stop drinking its also very bad for your liver.

Alcohol is not necessarily bad; only if you overdo it -- 1 to 2 a day is actually good for your circulatory system. What I took away from your post was that it sounds like there is something going on in the background with you -- you said your alcohol intake increased 4 mo ago, your diet has gone to hell and you're suddenly slacking at the gym. So what else is going on with you? It's possible that the booze, diet and lack of activity are affecting your performance, but it is also possible that these are also being caused by whatever else might be happening. Stress and depression are huge libido killers, major life events can be as well. BTW, what is your approx age? And do you watch an excessive amt of porn?
