Hi,
Now, i am 24 year old. Through WebMD, i know the HPV vaccine is best given young woman as 9 to 26 years, and before sexual activity begins and before exposure to HPV. If i had sex with hand or mouth or use condom, so i can vaccinate HPV?
Addition, if i had real sex not use condom, then a time i do vaccinate HPV. So, Is effect of HPV vaccine reduce?
Could vaccinate HPV for middle-aged women, or pregnant women?
If I have vaccinate HPV nose first, then i have pregnant, What should i do ?

Happy day!

You can be vaccinated at any age. However, the vaccine only prevents infection and does not cure it. Therefore, if you have already been exposed to the virus and have contracted it the vaccine can do nothing about it. If you have sex, and have not been exposed to the virus and then get vaccinated, the effectiveness of the vaccine will not be reduced.

The vaccine is not given to pregnant women because the research done on its effects on pregnancy is insufficient.

I hope I've answered your questions. I'm afraid I didn't understand your question about your nose because I didn't know what you meant. Sorry
There's nothing inherently dirty about sex, but if you try real hard and use your imagination you can overcome that.

1. You can be vaccinated at any age (yes, middle-aged too).

2. The vaccine protects against infection, it does not cure it.

3. If you already have HPV, the vaccine is useless.

4. It is possible to have sex and not be exposed to HPV. In this case vaccination can protect you.

5. No, you cannot get vaccinated during pregnancy due to insufficient research data).

6. Yes, you can get vaccinated after pregnancy.

7. Yes, you can get vaccinated before pregnancy.

7. I don't understand your question about your nose... Sorry.

Yes. But don't forget that there are many other STDs out there that you can catch and that the HPV vaccination does not prevent. Best to both get fully tested before having sex without a condom.
