    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,

    Hi All.

I came across the following book at my local library and thought it may be of interest.

Stolen Voices... By Steven and Abby Levenkron.

"Understanding and Treating Women's Childhood Sexual Abuse. The Sexually Abused Child As An Adult."

I'm going to find this book. Thank you, Mandy.

Thank you for the tip. I think it's called "Stolen Tomorrows," but I found it by the author's name either way. I'm going to see if my library has it, if not, I will look for a bargain.

Sure does suit me to a T right now because along with allowing myself to believe my memories comes the realization that the vile man called my "father" stole so very much from me. It boggles my mind and has me nearly overwhelmed. But you know what? Now that I'm daring to believe my memories, I think I can also start working on the anger that I carry around, too.

    Sending you butterfly hugs.

I'm getting my yearly bout of bronchitis/pneumonia so I may not be as chatty online but I will be checking in, if only from the shadows.
