Red dots and rash on penis head?

Hi,

Two days after having unprotected sex I've notice some red dots and a small rash forming on the tip of my penis. There is no pain and is occasionally a little itchy. Im really scared. Any ideas of what this could be?

We can sit here and guess all day as to what it could be, or you can go to Dr and get a diagnosis. The latter is much more efficient. It could be anything from a yeast infection to an STD, but we won't know for sure.
