About 4 wks ago had unprotected sex with a friend (girl) said she was clean and gets tested...after sex I noticed 5-8 tiny red spots (not bumps) on penis head, 3-4 spots (size of small freckle) on shaft randomly spaced. These spots gave me no irritation itchiness burning etc no discharge no soreness etc. one spot on shaft (pinsize) looked like a very tiny pimple i popped it for what it was and the tiny thing turned into a dry spot same size. I noticed when i myself irritated these areas they somewhat turned a little dry and the dry skin went away/peeled right off. Head of penis slightly dry thought it was just irritated after sex. the spots disappeared on the head but about 3 appeared in my pubic hair region(still no irritation). Concerned I got tested (2 wks after sex) results came back negative....

Again I have sex w the same girl 3rd wk. spots showed again. My initial thought was yeast or dermatitis but they look so intense and I have no irritation. I found another tiny "pimple" and "popped" it and it turned dry again...then I checked my ball sack noticed that I had a few red spots there, still very tiny..after pretty intense inspection my ball sac felt inflamed for about 30min... there seemed to be a few tiny white spots that I couldve "dried up" but left them alone...

I'm not sure what this is I have a dermatologist apt in a couple wks to check it out but have no clue...I have a history of sensitive skin an would like any feedback. Initially thought it was dermatitis or yeast but they look very intense I also thought maybe some sort of fungal infection or dry vagina? Its been almost a month these things come and go and I need some input. I practice very good hygiene and dry after showering...

By looking very intense I mean the pictures of yeast or dermatitis online not my specific situation...
