...i have recently met a women who from the start(fortunately!) told me that she 'once" had Hep c but her doctor told her that she onl;y had 2 parts of the 5 parts that cause it to be infectious...i asked her if she ever had to take interferon at all and she said no because as she said she was infectious...now, i am not a doctor but i also hadn't JUST got off the boat either!LOL..my question is can you have(as she said) only 2 parts of the 5 and not be infectious...i personally have read up on this subject but have NEVER heard of such a thing as having "parts of parts" of anything(well, except for maybe chicken!LOL) as i have always heard if you have it you, well, HAVE it and there's no cure either....any info and/or anything sounding familiar to this would be much appreciated to be sure...the bad part of all too is i really REALLY like her,better than anybody since my divorce 7 years ago...would be terrible to think that she is lying about it all ya know?but it is what it is...IF it is!...thanks, Duane
