If a girl has sex with someone unprotected and a day later had sex with me and say the other guy has chlamydia, in those circumstances is it possible for her to pass me a std even if she doesn't get one considering his fluids would still be in her.

From what I read ,"Sperm ejaculated into a woman's vagina can live in a woman's cervical mucus or upper genital tract for three to five days." and this was less than 24 hours.

The upper reproductive (not genital) tract is the uterus and fallopian tubes; places your penis would not venture during vaginal intercourse.
