Can you catch chlamydia from an infected woman if she puts her fingers into her vagina and then puts them in your mouth? My wife has tested positive, and the only thing that I can think of, if it came from me, was being at a strip club and a dancer put her fingers into my mouth. I later found out that she had just taken them out of her vagina.

Some STD's such as chlamydia can be passed into the oral cavity; however, you would then also need to test positive for this STD.
