Whats wrong with me do i have an std or something im getting scared....

I have for a year felt fatigue all day and like i can sleep all the time even with 8 hours of sleep a night. I am 26 years old 5'9" tall and 144lbs i am in good shape, have an active job and eat very healthy but for a year now i have been overly tired and sore i feel so weak it is hard for me to complete even simple tasks that i used to do with ease and i have the muscles to do it but its like they dont work right. I also noticed a sore inside the tip of my penis which when i pulled open the end of my penis it poked out and if i pick at it has little pain or feeling but it bleeds a lot for a while. I have had unprotected sex over a year ago and these feelings i just kind of put up with but its getting to be miserable anymore and i just cant take it what could it be?

Why not go for full STD testing?? We can't tell you what is going on over an internet board.
