I maybe have HPV but I definitely don't know what to do

So I had unprotected sex with a woman about 9 weeks ago. Today she called me to tell me that she tested positive for HPV -- a straing that is high-risk (not genital warts) but still has a 4% chance of cervical cancer.

Recently, I've been seeing a girl whom I love very much and see things going in a really positive direction with. Last week though, in a moment of passion, we had unprotected sex. She is on the pill, and we both have been tested for the full array of STIs and are both negative.

Now I don't know if I'm a carrier, and because the type which my one-night stand has is not warts-related, I have no idea of ever knowing if I have HPV. But I don't want to give it to the girl I'm with, I know that much. I plan on telling her after consulting with my doctor about what to do next. Any advice on breaking it to her? Our relationship (emotionally) is at a tricky point (she just got out of something long-term and doesn't know if she's ready, etc.) and I don't want her to think that I'm "dirty" or "promiscuous" or something. She's also never "had" to use condoms in a relationship before because she's always been on the pill and gets tested regularly.

What do I do now? What happens when I get married and want to have children -- I've heard that HPV can affect sperm count?
