I was treated for chlamydia with doxycycline (2 pills a day for seven days) I had unprotected sex the morning after my last pill and again with that same person 3 days later. Is it possible that I got it back ?

If this is the person that gave you the Chlamydia initially and THEY have not been treated, yes.

The medication you took only treated your initial infection; it does not guarantee you will now be forever immune to chlamydia.
