HSV1 outbreak everytime I am with my boyfriend.

I am in a long distance relationship. Every time my guy visits and then leaves within one day I break out with a fever blister. I had had them in the past but my last outbreak was over 2 years ago. The last two visits have resulted in an outbreak within 24 hours of him returning home. Could he be the cause of this?

y could be the stress of knowing he is coming to see you and also the lack of sleep so that your immune system is weakened and as a result you get a HSV 1 oB
