It has been about 3 weeks now. I made a really big mistake and had unportected sex with someone who I did not know much. From what I knew about them, I felt comfortable. They said they were with the same person for a very long time before and they were good.

A few days afterwards I had the urge to go urinate quite frequently. This lasted only a few days. I drank quite a bit of cranberry juice and honestly it was like the next day that I no longer had the urge. There was not real burning or itching. It jsut felt as though I had to constantly go urinate. This is where I began to wonder. A week after I had sex with this women I went and got [a style="text-decoration: underline;" id="_GPLITA_0" title="Click to Continue > by Coupon Companion Plugin" href="" in_rurl="">tested for STDs '. I have not heard back from the clinic and they told me that everything was good so far (negative). They were still waiting on my results for Herpes and HIV though.

This all led me to a few questions that google didn't really help me with:

    1) Since I had sex with this women, I had the urge to urinate then it went away like I said. Is this something I should be concerned with?

    2) I think it is just allergies, but my throat has felt very dry. I have seen a lot of what looks like [a style="text-decoration: underline;" id="_GPLITA_2" title="Click to Continue > by Coupon Companion Plugin" href="" in_rurl="">post nasal drip . It has no cleared up in a good 2-3 wks. It is not sore, does not hurt when I eat or drink or anything. It does tend to get a little better here and there. It also changes with the weather, one day it is snowing here then 2 days later I am able to wear shorts.

    3) I tested at one week. I know that it was probably too soon for anything from what I have read. I was going to test again at the begining of 6 wks. I was wondering how confident should I feel at the point if I am still negative for everything. (I read it can be up to 4 months, but I saw that there were percentages somewhere that people usually will know by). I was going to test at 6 weeks and if negative, I was going to go with that unless some type of mark showed up. At most maybe test once more at 8 weeks.

I have not noticed any red marks liek I have seen in pictures. I have seen what looks like a few scrapes on my tounge from my teeth or eating. My throat does look a little red, I had 2-3 red spots on my genitals. 2 where at the base of my penis, but were just red like the skin was irritated and seem to have gone away within a few days.
